Trail Ridge West Model Home Open
Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, come home to the new Trail Ridge West neighborhood tucked alongside Indian Peaks. 2324 Glacier Court is the first home in a planned custom subdivision. Occupying the location of a former Presbyterian church, this cul-de-sac will house some amazing homes when completed.
For now, 2324 Glacier Court Lafayette beckons. I had the opportunity to tour the home with builder and listing agent Paul Calcagno, WK Real Estate. Paul talked about the fantastic level of construction, insider designer highlights and features still to be added. Chief amongst those is the need to finish the custom metal railing at the staircase!
You will admire the curved granite island and perfectly matched cabinets, back splash and paint. It’s one of those grey colors that feels blue to the eye. And the appliances are all top shelf, with nice extras. The range/oven is dual fuel – an electric oven, high power gas range. The countertops are two exquisite finishes. The list goes on.
Colorado Mountain Views
One of the immediate impressions I got was this house really takes advantage of the postcard views with its building site. Enjoy stunning back range and Foothill views from your new home.
The main level is a very open floor plan with ample use of glass bringing a good deal of light into the interior. This use of glass is well thought out. While a production home might have a similar window location, the custom builder takes the opportunity to add plenty of glass, bringing the outdoors inside and giving the home owner a phenomenal view.
Ten foot ceilings add to the openness and airy feeling of 2324 Glacier Court Lafayette Colorado. Nearly 4,200 gross square feet with 2,775 finished luxury square feet.
Master bedroom with fireplace. Two “En Suite” secondary bedrooms – each bedroom with its own private, gorgeous bathroom. And no cutting corners here – each of these bathrooms feels beautifully finished. I want to move in today!
High End Appliances and HVAC
Dual zone gas forced air heating and central air conditioning. This is a great feature. We have it in our current home and it both saves money and is tremendously more efficient. Best of all, you can focus on cooling the bedrooms at night or heating the main floor during the afternoon.
Features that impressed me on my visit:
– Quartz countertops and drop in sinks in the kitchen
– High quality Chef’s appliances such as KA 6 burner Gas stainless steel range/oven
– Covered outdoor patio area for year round use
– Microwave oven featuring convection cooking mode to speed up options (great for holidays and entertaining).
Your master bedroom suite has all the little extras. From the master closet, there is a secondary door to the main hall. That’s a nice touch for bringing laundry in and out. And it will give the kids a little extra fun when playing Hide and Seek.
Home is built on a structural slab with plenty of space for adding additional living space in the basement. Plan for a $50 monthly Home Owner’s Association, BVSD. Children will attend Lafayette Elementary, Angevine Middle and Centaurus High School. Walk/bike to beloved Waneka Lake Park minutes away.
2324 Glacier Court Difficult To Google
As of the writing of this blog, the property is tough to google map. Head for the Promise Pre-School in Lafayette and you’ll be in the right direction. View MLS details here.
