Yeager Farm Longmont Colorado is a neighborhood in Longmont being built by Terrata Homes. The neighborhood features luxury abodes and a great location close to central Longmont. Yeager Farm prides themselves in sophisticated, elegant design and impeccable architecture.
Homes feature 3-5 bedrooms, covered patios, stainless steel appliances, full basements, and granite countertops. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is relatively sold out. But, it is possible that homes may come on the market in the future, to which you can provide your email in order to stay up to date.

The great thing about an infill community like this is there is already all sorts of community services nearby. Go 1/2 a mile in any direction and you arrive at Longmont’s hospital, or the community ball fields or Centennial Square Shopping Center. My favorite is the Natural Grocers. I’m a sucker for the healthy pre made salads that I can grab on the go.
