a handful of Wimbledon units, around $120K. This community continues to have robust sales despite an incredibly lower owner to investor ratio.

A number of great August sold Boulder attached homes with two that nearly broke the million dollar mark. Boulder Colo has a very diverse diverse real estate market. In July, the most expensive sold property for Boulder as an attached dwelling – featured in my LIST. Here are the three priciest August sold Boulder attached homes:

1360 Walnut St 201 Boulder, another cash deal, nearly full price at $925K, Downtown LOFT.
One of the Broadway Brownstones – those sleek contemporary residences snuggled on Broadway near the Ideal Shops – closing for 98% of list price at $975,000 (with a conventional mortgage).

5 million dollar condo — The top floor condo in this building sold in July for $5 Million dollars.

Trend for 2014 continues with August sold Boulder attached homes. Two units under contract before reaching MLS. Though not as much as earlier months, this is still an indicator of a very strong sellers market with a lack of housing inventory.
