Hi.  I’m Bob Gordon.  Returning readers – Hello.  New to the site? I’m blogging every Saturday on homes selling in the Boulder MLS.  This informative post will share with you what’s selling including how many million dollar plus Boulder MLS listings sold.   And you’ll also learn about the most affordable Boulder home to sell this week.  I’m 19 years experienced in real estate. I enjoy working with home buyers and home sellers alike.  I’ve been blogging daily since October 2012.

BTW: View the Boulder MLS listings I’m mentioning by following this link NOW.

Off Market Sales Trend

It is starting to become a regular thing: off-MLS sales.  This week, a $1,175,000 sale recorded in MLS for comps only.  The listing sold prior to ever entering the Boulder MLS listings service.

Affordable Boulder Homes

Closing below the median home value for $425,000 is this week’s most affordable Boulder home.   530 S 46th St is a lovely remodeled tri-level.  Gleaming hardwood floors, sharp new kitchen, xeriscape yard and under contract in three days. Closed in thirty.   Clearly a popular South Boulder location.

Multi-Million Dollar Sales

For the second week in a row, three million dollar home sales recorded this week in Boulder MLS listings.  Like its little brother, the most expensive house was under contract in 3 days.  2236 Mapleton Ave sold for $1,350,000.  My favorite feature? The outdoor living area, centered on a stone fireplace complete with chimney.
