Off Market Sales Trend
It is starting to become a regular thing: off-MLS sales. This week, a $1,175,000 sale recorded in MLS for comps only. The listing sold prior to ever entering the Boulder MLS listings service.
Affordable Boulder Homes
Closing below the median home value for $425,000 is this week’s most affordable Boulder home. 530 S 46th St is a lovely remodeled tri-level. Gleaming hardwood floors, sharp new kitchen, xeriscape yard and under contract in three days. Closed in thirty. Clearly a popular South Boulder location.
Multi-Million Dollar Sales
For the second week in a row, three million dollar home sales recorded this week in Boulder MLS listings. Like its little brother, the most expensive house was under contract in 3 days. 2236 Mapleton Ave sold for $1,350,000. My favorite feature? The outdoor living area, centered on a stone fireplace complete with chimney.
