Boulder Top 10 Dining

Couple, and the number tenBoulder is so many different things, all at once.  It is a college town and home to University Colorado Boulder.   Students are constantly searching for the best pizza or burger hotspot.  Boulder Colo is a technology hub, with companies like Google calling it home.  The tech and office crowd wants tapas and craft beers and lively hotspots.  It is also a family town, where value and great portions are important.  Boulder is all of his and more.  Here are my Boulder Top 10 dining suggestions:

Bob Gordon Realtor looking at the Frasca restaurant
Frasca defines Boulder Top 10 Dining

# 1:  Frasca.  Culinary favorite, winner of national and international praise, this one of a kind Italian eatery deserves its own blog post – read here.  Make your reservations in advance – several weeks to months for hot times of the year like CU graduation or holidays.

# 2: Salvaggio’s is my favorite of many great sandwich shops.  New York attitude meets mile high altitude.

# 3: On any given evening, catching the best sushi is at Sushi Zanmai. No, I mean Sushi Tora. Wait, there is Japango. And Hapa.  This one could is tough to call.  the vote goes to Japango!  Stylishly delicious.

# 4: Best cooked seafood: Jax, down on the Pearl Street Mall area.  Great food, awesome vibe, brick walls, bright lights and great food mix seamlessly.

# 5: Lark Burger.  Yeah, it is a chain these days. Still, it is a great hamburger with fantastic french fries.  Check it out at Arapahoe and 28th.

# 6: Brasserie 1010.  The Warm Sticky Date Cake makes this my favorite dessert in all of Boulder top 10 dining experiences.

# 7: Flagstaff House.  Location, location, location.  Oh, wait, that’s for real estate. Well, this hotspot sits high above Boulder with stellar views, especially at dusk as the city twinkles below.

Summertime, the Farmer’s Market is a Boulder Top 10 Dining contender.

# 8: China Gourmet.  Fantastic Asian dining is hidden by low key location and atmosphere.  The best Chinese food in Boulder.

# 9: Lucille’s.  Breakfast and brunch are the times to visit this Boulder favorite.  Be ready to stand waiting for a table on the sidewalk out front Saturdays and Sundays.  More here.  I have an entire blog on breakfast as well.

#10: Abo’s Pizza.  Yeah, its pizza by the slice.  Find ’em on The Hill and enjoy a great slice of pizza.
