New College Intern
My name is Chase Fraser and I am currently heading into my senior year at the University of Colorado-Boulder. I am working to earn a degree in Communication with a Minor in Business as well as a Real Estate Certificate at CU. Upon graduation I plan on taking what I’ve learned and pursuing a career in Real Estate.
Real Estate Certificate at CU
As a part of my Real Estate Certificate at CU I am required to partake in an internship. I am lucky enough to fulfill this internship as a part of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Rocky Mountain Realtors group, under the guidance of Realtor Bob Gordon. I am excited for the opportunity to learn at this prestigious company from an experienced, skilled realtor like Bob.
What I love about real estate
I was drawn to the idea of pursuing a career in Real Estate because I thoroughly enjoy interacting with and helping people. Real Estate is a profession where I truly believe I can do both of these as I assist people in a major step in their life. I feel that with my studies at CU and my internship partnered with my natural skills I have the tools necessary to have success in this field.
My goals pertaining to Real Estate include completing my Real Estate Certificate and becoming a licensed Real Estate Agent. After getting licensed I plan on continuing to learn about Real Estate and gain experience. My ultimate goal within Real Estate is to open up my own Real Estate Brokerage.
