What Sold This Week In Boulder Colorado?
Strengthening a trend, three reported closings this week for properties sold without entering the MLS. Strong indication of the strength of demand in Boulder home values. And the power of Realtors to get things done. Want to find real estate for sale in Boulder? Clearly, having a good local Realtor can make a difference.
Eighteen reported closings for the week, with five in the million dollar plus market. The most luxurious home to sell this week? 3633 21st St Boulder, 80304, a Carolyn Heights extravaganza. See photographs on this IDX page. Home closed for a cool $2,550,000.
And the most affordable Boulder homes? This week, such closed properties started in the mid 400’s. 4140 Hunt Court, Boulder CO 80303 closed for $459,000. The next least expensive sale? A tad under $500K. View the IDX page now.
Indoor Soccer
In the paper today, an announcement that Colburn Development and Wyatt Construction are breaking ground on a new indoor soccer facility at 30th and Pearl. The area is booming. New apartments, permanently affordable residences, retail, parking. You name it, its under construction. And the entire development will be walking distance to two of Boulder’s natural grocers.
