Starting in May, there is a party in Boulder’s northeastern area known as Gunbarrel.  Happening on the first and third Wednesday of every month, the Food Truck parties are an opportunity neighbors in five of Gunbarrel’s neighborhoods to unwind, meet new friends, connect with neighbors and just avoid getting your kitchen dirty for an evening.

Schedule of Food Truck Parties

May 1st and 15th, June 5th and 19th, July 3rd and 17th, August 7th and 21st, September 4th and 18th and weather permitting October 2nd and 16th, 2013.  With July 3rd being part of the Fourth of July holiday weekend, the event may be cancelled – as the food trucks might be elsewhere.

Comida, a bright pink truck serving up Mexican food with flair. Expect modest prices and the freshest ingredients.

Top-of-the-Hill Grill is a BBQ joint on wheels.  Inspired by a family restaurant of the same name back in New England, this is hip meets hot – check it out.

Crock Spot- nominated for America’s Favorite Food Truck in 2011, this hip mobile eatery features crock pots, great sauces and an All American success story.  You may need to find their truck before the Gunbarrel Commons parties, their food sounds that good.

And returning, but evolving food truck Tasterie.  Rumor has it the truck will be serving meals in addition to its amazing looking collection of desserts.  Check out the photos here.
