graph shows tightness of inventory in lafayette real estate market
Tight inventory is reflected in this graph of the Lafayette real estate market through late summer 2014

Two important take away’s from the above Lafayette real estate graph.  First, inventory late last year and again this Fall in the Lafayette real estate market is incredibly tight.  And second, the median home price really surged this summer when the market was red hot.    When you consider Lafayette relative to the Colorado Front Range, this is a smaller niche market.  Check out the graph below, compliments of Everitt Real Estate Center, Colorado State University, College of Business.

With limited, tight inventory combined with plummeting home mortgage interest rates, now is an excellent opportunity to consider buying or selling real estate in the Lafayette Co home market.  If you have a home to sell, contact me to discuss my marketing program geared to get you top dollar.
