McStain Neighborhood On Boulder’s East Side
A wonderful community exists in Lafayette. Indian Peaks was built by McStain Homes. A large portion of the neighborhood surrounds a gorgeous golf course with plenty of challenges, water hazards and rolling hills. Lexington Fairway is one of the communities within the Indian Peaks community.
Single and Multi-Family Homes At Lexington Fairway
White picket fences line the streets of the Lexington Fairway neighborhood within the Indian Peaks subdivision. The streets wind and wend with plenty of shade trees and beautiful landscaping. Both single family homes and attached residences are available in the community. The popular town houses offer two car garage and several layouts. I recently assisted my client Trey in selling his town house. Things I appreciated about this Lexington Fairway town house:
- A large fenced front yard area
- 3 Bedrooms up — ideal for families
- plenty of big trees add character, shade and privacy
- great kitchen is ideal for really cooking with lots of counter top space.
Lexington Fairway Single Family Residences
Homes in this portion of the community are entry level priced for the greater Indian Peaks neighborhood. If I had to generalize homes here, I would say, houses are mostly frame built. The homes are on smaller, closer lots. Some of the houses offer wonderful golf course views, though not all the houses. As the fences transition from white picket or split rail, you are leaving this community.
This portion of Indian Peaks feeds into Lafayette schools within the BVSD. There are great services, dining options nearby at 95tha and Arapahoe. The neighborhood connects directly to the shopping area. The Lafayette YMCA with ice hockey rinks is nearby as well.
