Rock Creek

Rock Creek is a great place to call home.  A large subdivision located just minutes to Boulder and founded in the early 90’s, Rock Creek is a wonderful place to raise a family.  The community is well situated just down the street from Interlocken Technology Park and Flatiron Crossing shopping mall to the east and Boulder to the west.  There are apartments for rent, plus mufti-family and and single family homes for sale. Most of the construction is by Richmond American, though there are other builders including Golden Design.

Rock Creek Open Space

The community has a strong open space policy with access to several major hiking/biking trails including Coal Creek and Rock Creek.  Additionally, the neighborhood has plenty of green spaces and many homes back to open space or offer stunning mountain views.

Rock Creek Schools

There are two schools in Rock Creek. Superior Elementary is a K-5 school and Eldorado is K-8.  Both schools are part of the Boulder Valley School District, one of three best school districts in the State of Colorado.  IMHO, BVSD is the best.

Rock Creek Amenities

Rock Creek offers plenty to do. Little kids are going to love all the playgrounds and trails scattered about the community while big ones and their parents will appreciate the state of the art recreation facilities in Rock Creek.

Values continue to appreciate in Rock Creek, especially as 2013 has been a year of limited inventory and strong demand.

There is good shopping in Rock Creek with Starbucks, a Safeway shopping plaza and plenty of dining options.  About a half mile east is a Walmart and then The Flatiron Crossing Mall.   Rock Creek participates in the Louisville Public Library, just over Hwy. 36.  At the entrance to Hwy. 36 you’ll find more shopping including Costco, Whole Foods, Grand Rabbits (a wonderful toy store), liquor stores and car maintenance shops.

Rock Creek is a great place to call home.

I invite you to give me a call. I’m available seven days a week and look forward to answering your questions about the area.
