Summer Real Estate Boulder Colo
It’s true, this summer a mobile home sold for $2,400,000 in Boulder Colorado. The catch of course is that the home sits on 40 superb acres backing to Boulder Open Space and offering serene mountain views. This home, one of the 10 most expensive real estate sales in Boulder the past 30 days also included a 3,000 square foot shop and numerous outbuildings.
Next door is Harlequin’s Gardens a natural and organic based greenhouse. We stopped in and met some of the folks that work there. Great selection of starter plants, especially winter veggies. This place has a hippie commune vibe and is all about sustainability.
Next door you’ll find Harlequin Gardens, a sustainable garden and nursery with some cool items like the open air dining pavilion with the mountains in the distance, and a gorgeous cat named Calentine.

I Love Boulder Mountain Views
The houses along Norwood are some of my all-time favorites. I love that the street zig zags with landscaping and speed bumps. Probably a fire fighter’s nightmare, but it does make for a gorgeous road. The homes to the south side are of course bigger, many with commanding mountain and plains views. Every so often, a court juts off with a handful of homes offering exquisite mountain views. This is the case for 1650 Wilson Ct, 1 of 10 Most Expensive Real Estate Sales in Boulder Co the past thirty days.
Wilson Ct. Gives you a great impression of the amazing views up along Norwood

And yet, with Boulder Colo real estate, your neighbors might be anything. A few doors over, there is the most amazing flower garden; it looks like an enormous basket. And just around the corner from that? A home with a gravel driveway and in need of some fresh paint. Or, possibly, a wonderful opportunity for you and your favorite architect to navigate building in Boulder.
Maxwell Park

Attached Dwelling Is Single Most Expensive Sale
Perhaps ironically, the single most expensive in the past 30 days is not a house or an amazing lot, but a mere condo.
