Boulder’s Flatiron Coffee prides itself on finding excellent local vendors and the featuring their delicious products for customers. Take the Jewish Apple Cake for instance. Baked at Breadworks, I can attest this cake is seriously delicious. The owner is quick to point out it is really good, would I like a slice on a recent visit to Flatiron Coffee?

Many Boulder coffee shops are located along Coffee Shop Row or near breakfast eateries. This shop bucks the trend with a super convenient location. Flatiron Coffee is easily accessed from just about any direction.
I find it to be a great place to sit down with buyer clients and discuss the home buying process. The coffee changes on a regular basis. On my last visit, I enjoyed a half calf cup of coffee with rich flavor and a comfortable amount of caffeine.
