Free Boulder homes sounds too good to be true
I would really like to be able to offer free Boulder homes, but probably not in the cards. Still, there are plenty of free days out there for you to take advantage of. And If I come across any free Boulder homes, I’ll be certain to share with all my blog readers. Here is my list of free days to remember for the remainder of 2013. After all, a free day at the zoo is a great day! Or the museum or botanic gardens!!

I know, a free Boulder home would be most excellent, but so far in my research, all I have found are free days at various public arts spots around town. I do know of many great down payment programs for buying a Boulder home. These include Good Neighbor Next Door, USDA, Chfa, Boulder programs plus, while not a Boulder free homes program, the Permanently Affordable program is the next best thing.

Denver Center for the Performing Arts – weekly on Tuesday releases a limited number of tickets at $10 apiece. Check the site for details. Also, remember on August 10, 2013, my office will be hosting my nearly free 2013 Electronics Recycling event at Re/Max Alliance. The recycling event is a great way to safely dispose of older electronics.
