Parma Trattoria Louisville Italian

We enjoyed a relaxing evening out at a very nice restaurant, Parma Trattoria.  This new eatery in Louisville is tucked away in a plaza near the movie theater and Home Depot. We stumbled upon it quite by accident and decided to give it a try. Located at 1132 Dillon Road, Louisville Colorado 80027.  Phone is 303-284-2741.  Parma Trattoria is open nightly for dinner, lunch six days a week. Check website for exact times.

High Value Low Bill

My dinner, Spaghetti Carbonara at Parma Trattoria

We are not big drinkers, so no wine for us with dinner. That said, our bill was quite low for the delicious meal we enjoyed. Julie and I split the Verde Salad.  Arugula tossed with a house made lemon vinaigrette dressing and ample slices of shaved Parmesan cheese.    For dinner, my wife enjoyed a gluten free pizza.  I went with the rich and savory Spaghetti Carbonara.   We had plenty of water and the staff brought us delicious bread with a pesto sauce for dipping.  The Parma Trattoria menu is diverse with plenty of choices.

SPAGHETTI CARBONARA –pancetta, shallots, black pepper & egg yolk with a touch of cream.

The Atmosphere at Parma Trattoria

From outside, I knew this spot would be great. You can see the crowd dining. Inside, tables are clustered about with a central fireplace in the middle of the space. That should be lively in the winter.  There is a bar space, plus you can see into the kitchen in two places. First, the mozzarella and salad bar are open air.  More unique is the 50 inch television broadcasting the behind the scenes view of the kitchen and prep area.   I could see my dinner being cooked, plated and then it was presented table side.  Very fun.

We’ll go back

For certain, we’ll dine again at Parma Trattoria and Mozzarella Bar.  Heavenly well prepared meal, super service and a low bill. Next visit, we’ll try some of the table sharing items.
