Kate Middleton Princess Dream Home

Kate Middleton is pregnant and you know what that means.  Time for Prince William to select a new, bigger Boulder house and paint the nursery.

Here are several houses in Boulder County that are perfect for the expecting Royals.  I’m singing “There’s a bustle in your hedgerow,” to myself as I view the first estate in rural Boulder County with it’s wrought iron gate, stately stone wall and finely manicured hedge.  It is the epitome of kingly living in a modern day castle.  Check out the gorgeous grounds; I really like the tree lined driveway, except on a snow day when I would be out there shoveling for hours.  [Click here to view the IDX, then scroll down]

Chef Ramsey will be right at home preparing a meal for William and Kate in the kitchen of this sumptuous home in  Eldorado Springs. The gas range is amazing, something out of a fairy tale.  Set along a bubbling river, the Royals will be able to inner tube out there front door, no need to visit Eben Fine Park with the masses this summer.  [Click here to view the IDX, then scroll down]

Tucked away in Knollwood is the masterpiece home designed by Charles Haertling.   The house is characterized by its abundant use of glass and bringing the outdoor natural rock vistas into the home.  With it’s own billiards room, Prince Harry will be sure to visit his little niece/nephew.  [Click here to view the IDX]

Just fifteen minutes to Pearl Street Mall, is the perfect pad for a King-in-waiting with a penchant for the Rocky Mountains.  In the Foothills East area, a dream home with a butler’s pantry that is larger than my kitchen.  The home will lend itself well to entertaining guests with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces. There is a wine cellar complete with racking and a cask table; in-home theater for the film buff and six thousand square foot outbuilding for Prince William to retreat to – you know how guys love their garage!  Finally, there is an amazing home in Pine Brook Hills, just above Boulder.  This close-in mountain home has grand spaces and a spectacular view.  My favorite feature: the wood floors built from reclaimed railroad ties.
