Boulder Residential Home Sales
Each week, I focus a post on the state of the housing market. This Boulder Colo update looks at home sales for the past seven days. There were ten residential closings the last week. Prices ranged, with the best deal at $389,000 for a three bedroom on Squires all the way up to $2,070,000 for the highest priced luxury home of the week. This grand home is located on 5th street in the Newlands – a popular area on Boulder’s west side.
