Boulder has some great real estate agents and a strong affiliate community that supports this process.

A variety of boards meet to discuss education, communication, policy and philanthropy to name a few. I’m part of the Communications Committee headed by Rich Dana of Four Star. I’ve learned a great deal being a part of this BARA team.
Also adding to the community are all the great affiliates. These are the title company and lender members who help get our real estate transactions closed. This week, Heritage Title Company threw a fantastic happy hour/BBQ at their offices. A DJ had folks line dancing and FATE Brewery catered a delicious meal of brisket and beer can chicken. If you go to FATE, definitely try the mustard based sauce!

Part of why I enjoy being a real estate agent is this great community. Jim Bodin is one of Boulder’s top Realtors and always takes the time to share great ideas with new agents. I saw Jim and several other great agents at the FATE event. And then there are all the wonderful lenders and title folks.
