When it comes to getting top dollar for your home in the fastest time possible, my proven home selling marketing program preview gives you an idea of some of what I do.  My program delivers results.  After a professional presence in the Boulder (Ires) and Denver MLS, my home selling marketing program relies upon a robust online presence.   Today’s home buyers start their search online and your house, condo or town home will be well presented on a variety of top home selling sites.


Realtor.com logosRealtor.com — The # 1 website for consumers searching for a home.   Your home will be listed on Realtor.com, with plenty of information and additional photographs.


coloproperty.com ColoProperty.com pulls content directly from Ires, the Boulder MLS.    This is a top rated local site and your home will be prominently featured here.


zillow.comZillow.com .  Consumers flock to the site, even if “Zestimates” tend to be out of whack with reality.  I have a solid presence on Zillow.com with client testimonials, all my listings featured and an upgraded account to handle leads directly.  I spend time each week on Zillow and have the App on my mobile devices.


circlepix.com logoCirclepix.  I utilize this company to create easy to view virtual tours.  The tours can be linked to all web content.  On occasion Circlepix will create flyers, marketing materials or take home photos.


obeo logoObeo is one of my favorite brands.  Marci James, Director of Social Media, is a friend and mentor.  Obeo shoots incredible videos and photography for my listings.  High quality photography is a critical element of my home selling marketing program.


craigslist.orgCraigslist.  This website is a great tool requiring oversight.   Sharp space to list properties, many consumers appreciate the wild, wild west approach and will check Craigslist daily for opportunities, even for luxury real estate.  Another site I utilize is Backpage.com, similar to Craigslist and ideal for certain listings.


trulia.com Trulia.com is an engaging consumer web portal.  Loaded with content and offering a popular mobile app. I have been utilizing Trulia.com as part of my home selling marketing program for several years.


Direct Email.  I send a direct email to agents with similarly priced property. The email has a web link to additional information.  This email is personalized for a higher open rate. I email agents with similar homes because of top-of-mind awareness.  They may already have a buyer from the marketing efforts on their listing.   This email generally goes out to 30 to 40 Boulder Realtors.


bob gordon remax brochureFull color tabloid style marketing pieces.  I create top quality print marketing.  Some buyers just like to have a flyer, to take notes, to see your home without having to contact a Realtor.  My flyers are four page, tabloid style.  Detailed, loaded with information and plenty of high quality pictures.   I’ll print 50 flyers to start and ask you to help keep the flyer box filled.
