Louisville Dutch Creek Hopping

379 Lilac 214 S Jefferson 347 S Jefferson

Great home ownership opportunities in the Louisville Dutch Creek subdivision.

This neighborhood is just off the beloved Coal Creek trail that runs from Broomfield into Louisville and mostly fronts a lovely little creek. I had an opportunity to view these three homes and wanted to share with you.

The trail is one of my favorites.  Not uncommon to see wildlife just off the trail all times of day.  Popular with cyclists, pedestrians, Moms with strollers, runners with dogs.  You name it.  Wide trail, gravel mostly with some concrete in places. Winds along a creek, alongside golf course, in and out of the woods and has some hills – nothing too strenuous.

Insiders Tip: consider the Aquarius trail head on the Coal Creek Trail for an excellent viewing spot for 4th of July in all directions.

Note – room air conditioning. The box on the wall near the window is an A/C system using an external central unit with in-room cooling modules

Split level living, attached two car garage, currently configured as 3 bedrooms, could easily be a four bedroom house with addition of a doorway.

214 S Jefferson – Dutch Creek Subdivision

The vaulted ceilings in the family room space are a nice change of pace for a home built in 1982.  Upstairs, remodeled bathroom and a couple of bedrooms with wonderful views of open space.

Quiet location in the neighborhood and the open space make 214 S Jefferson a real winner.   Just over 2,000 square feet with new appliances, fixtures & cabinets [kitchen], bath vanities, more.  High efficiency furnace is excellent – save on the cost of natural gas and its better for the planet.
