Local Realtor Pro Bob Gordon Presents 3518 Osceola St
Hot new listing on the market. What I like about this home is the location. It’s on a fairly quiet street, but just blocks to everything. Walk three blocks south and you are on Lowell Blvd. There are all sorts of great services, dining, shops – just walk out the front door of 3518 Osceola St and you are there. 32nd and Lowell is maybe five blocks walk from the house. Plenty of amazing dining abounds. So let’s check out the home and all the nearby dining and shops.

Built in 1938, the home is your quintessential Bungalow on the outside, with all the technology upgrades on the insides: New Electric, pluming, hot water heat and smart thermostat.

Main level features hardwood floors throughout, except for the remodeled bathroom. There is a (capped) fireplace in the front living room. That area of the house gets tremendous natural light all day long.

Owner will (possibly) leave the wall mount for your flatscreen tv. Note the front door, there is an awesome privacy door set into the door at about 5 feet tall. You can open that to see who is at your front door.

Plenty of space for friends or family in the dining room. The owner has always had a nice credenza in this space as well.

Just look at all that space. Nice hardwood floors, lots of southern light, plenty of space for for your dining room decor.
Bedrooms and Bathroom (3/1) at 3518 Osceola

Good sized window in this quiet interior bedroom with direct access to Jack and Jill full bathroom.

Out of sight in this photo is an additional countertop area and more storage. With access directly to the bedrooms. This was one of the first projects that the owner took on, updating the bathroom!

The front bedroom is currently used as a home office. Check out the crystal door knob and solid wood door. Nice little features that make this home so special.

All three bedrooms are really quiet. Osceola is not really much of a through street. The elementary is on the next two blocks over. Driving around I saw a lot of uber style electric scooters over that way. And the intersections were four way stops. So I get the vibe this street will have low traffic, great for those soft sleepers out there.
The Kitchen Is Remodeled at 3518 Osceola St Denver CO 80212
This is truly a chef’s kitchen. First off, the owner added a new window and repositioned the kitchen sink. It is an undermount stainless steel type sink. The counters are solid quartz, really nice. On one wall are appliances, a pantry and more storage. On the other, trendy shelves, a knife rack and the windows.
The dishwasher boasts a third rack. The oven is part of the GE Profile Series (as is the Gas Range cooktop). Material choice for the appliances is best described as Graphite. Seating for two would be a great home workspace or nice nook for coffee and a biscuit. Additional outlets ‘pop’ out of the countertops.
Wood floors of course.
Refrigerator offers ice making and water capabilities. By the way, owner updated the plumbing for this home. Really, updated everything: roof, electric, water, added solar, added a tankless hot water tank, added a two car garage. Lots of great features. Back to the kitchen:

Outdoor and Yard Space in your new home!

Note, you can see the 2.08 kw solar system and the taller pole on the updated electric service.

Tucked away on the side of the property are your garden boxes with water in place. Great home to have your own little city garden space. When’s the next Farmer’s Market?

Oversized detached two car garage. Plus, to the left in this photo is a gate from the backyard. This garage is a really nice upgrade from what came with the home. It’s big, so there is plenty of space for your shop and ample storage.

This is a summertime view of the garage looking from your patio area. Lush greenery, the garden box has a sprinkler. Enjoy the quiet and tranquility of the space.
32nd and Lowell Shopping and Dining Experience
So, I live in a different part of town, pretty common for real estate agents. And one of the best benefits of working in the Highlands is visiting all my favorite dining spots. Right at 32nd and Lowell you have Sushi Hai and a Chipotle. A few doors down is an excellent Raman spot. There’s also Pizza Alley. If I’m terribly honest, this pizza is so good I’ve driven out of my way to get some. Cozy spot, you can eat in if you can’t wait to get home with your food.

All in all, lots of shopping, dining, coffee options. You are maybe 5 to 6 total blocks from the heart of it all. And then there are the shops at 38th and Tennyson. Those are just to the northwest. Great grocery store options too. Natural Grocers! Sprouts! Those two are close by. There are two Whole Foods stores, each about a five to ten minutes drive away.

Great pizza spot in Denver. Highly recommend. Am thinking about making the drive over there right now. My excuse will be to check in on my seller client at 3518 Osceola St. I’m telling you, this pizza is da bomb!

Looking down the street on a beautiful Summer’s day. Highlands Square is an inviting and fun shopping/dining district. Walking distance to the house.

I am a coffee hound, so this spot is definitely on my list of places to try. The great thing about being in the Highlands is your access to so many excellent local shops and dining. The all-knowing search engines say it is a ten minutes walk from the house to this dining area. Perfect for good heart health — walk out your front door, grab your morning cup of Joe and get another ten minutes of cardio walking back to your home office.

Downtown Denver is just a few quick minutes drive to the East, most likely you’ll take advantage of Speer blvd to get to the city.

You could easily walk to and from here when living at 3518 Osceola. It’s maybe a fifteen minute walk on a nice day. Talk about a great walkability score. And my clients have gone for plenty of much more hardcore walks – their favorite being almost five miles. They like to walk down to Sloan’s Lake, all the way around and back to the house. It’s all a gentle incline coming back to their house. Check it out.

My wife and I have been to Stella for a rustic Italian meal. It was really nice. I’ve also been to Sushi Hai, just around the corner next door to the Chipotle.

The Natural Grocer’s is over by the 38th and Tennyson shops. Also over that way is Parisi, a really wonderful local Italian spot I’ve been visiting in multiple locations since a real estate client turned me onto it.
3518 Osceola St Location!
They say it is all about location, location, location. Well, this home has it. Walk to the Highland Square shopping and dining area. Or walk your little ones to Edison elementary school – it’s literally the next block over. Or go for a serious walk down to Sloan’s Lake and back. Location, check.
Remodel done. The home was nicely updated, there is room for you to make your own improvements, perhaps add a garden level window or another bathroom. But this is a really nice home with a lot going for it. Sure, the 3rd bedroom is nonconforming, but that’s pretty common for Berkeley and Highland areas in Denver.
Big ole garage. I hosted an open house this past weekend and time and again, the husbands/dads/guys were loving that garage. As a bonus, the seller kept all the original bricks from the tiny old school garage. Those come with the house in case you are ever making a big project/moving walls on the house and need matching brick. Easy to show, give me a shout to see it.
