Boulder Area Realtor Association Shredding Event
Big thank you to the Affiliate members for bringing another BARA members shredding event to life. Local real estate members are able to bring any paperwork and it will be shredded onsite.
As a boulder Realtor, I can tell you this is a really great service. Over the years I’ve saved a lot of documentation from transactions. Back in the day when I started, we joked we needed a few trees for all the paperwork.
Every transaction is filled with disclosures, contracts, reports, surveys, rules and regulations, home owners association documents and, well, you get the idea. There can be a lot of paperwork.
BARA Members Shredding Event Years Past

What You Need To know:
This year’s BARA shredding is taking place on Friday May 3rd from 10 am to 1 pm in the parking lot of the BARA building. The event is only open to Boulder Area Realtor Associates. It is free (who doesn’t love free) and Apex will destroy everything onsite.
